Forget peltiers - they are bloody awful refrigerators. I would suggest you run a liquid cooling loop with a radiator and fan. Coils could run immersed in fluid to get best heat transfer, assuming use of a suitable fluid (eg vegetable oil)

You have to go an incredibly long way to beat LN2 as a coolant for this. It's not THAT expensive either, a few pounds a litre or something.
And in coil guns, most of the energy is lost in the coil resistance, and comes out of the caps. So you can probably make the caps much smaller and cheaper and performance still goes up.

Or you can decrease resistance and induction and add more stages, am I right?
