It's been a long time since I posted here... been busy with stuffs.
At least in this past year, I've been sacrificing all sleep to classes, a $150,000 hackerspace adventure , segway shenanigans , and figuring out how to talk to people among other things.

It's been a whirlwind year for sure. I won't go into details, but injury, surgery, recovery, experimentation, and board development sum it up nicely in a chronological fashion.
I've developed a universal SSTC controller board which I'll be releasing for sale (pending final tests when boards come back from fab) hopefully next month. Initial reactions and reception is good. Can't wait to show it off.

By the way, I see that Prof. Andrew Davidhazy is still teaching at RIT. Check out his high speed photography class. He & I corresponded years ago, when I was doing macro-scale schlieren photography.
Spray duster plumes have itty bitty shock diamonds, and even plain shadows can show them.
Imagine yourself looking back at your career in 2060 or so.
