We order mostly Delrin for regular parts, as PTFE gets expensive by volume and is hard on tools...
Next, high density urethane blocks are popular as milling speeds can be very high.
And... HDPE is low cost, but it tends to warp... Note the phenolic sheet is the lowest quality... less than old dessicated cheese... and given a choice... I'd go with cheese...
