Hi all. As you know, I'm in the process of writing my first physics paper for publication.
This has presented some difficulties as I am only a B.Sc (hons) Medical Electronics and most journals do not accept papers from non PhD's no matter how interesting and novel the content might be.
Would anyone here be interested in reviewing this, I'd be happy to pay a fair price for their time.
Has to do with my ongoing research into novel composition alloys for 3D printing.
I am also writing another one to do with HTSCs but this will have to wait until my kiln turns up.

Not sure which journal you are attempting to publish in, but they are usually quite strict about the format. You get several types of responses, but recommendations to revise and resubmit is not usually a rejection. This occurs when people leave out significant details, citations, or forgot how to write to the proper format. Also note, many journals take your application fee, and strip you of copyright to your own work. Most will require you completely rewrite a text if you wish to publish on your own website etc.
Baseless rhetoric to discredit disruptive people is often provided by politically funded NGOs that create their own independent journals to cite while attacking science/reality. If you are American, be prepared to endure extra scrutiny for games the political system has played for years.
I would recommend you offer co-authorship opportunities to your faculty professor, and ask for their input... ...and don't forget to cite people....

forget springer, this is what they do actually
you have to use latex and meet basic requirements like for a thesis or so, if I'm not wrong, so they only have to modify the paging a bit to fit theirs

As expected I can't send superconductor samples through RM due to the barium. Even though they are basically inert the catchall is "barium oxide".. yet they send capacitors filled with barium titanate without problems.
Another issue is replication. Can someone with a lab test these for me if I was able to get them sent by courier or something?
