Can anyone give some advise on this gate drive signal which i cant seem to get fixed for my indution heater. Im running a 600v 150A IGBT half bridge brick with a pll ic which is driving my tc4421 and tc4422. I have a 1:1:1 gdt and on my secondary i have 3ohm resistors with zenor diodes. This is also powered from a 15v regulated power supply.

Thanks, but it seems that there is very little info on this topic and i dont fully understand steves answer on the topic where he states that you should use a half bridge drtven by a pll. Is this not what im doing? or does it mean that that i should take away my tc ics and add a half bridge, if so! is there a shematic i can follow or do i totally have it wrong or is there another way of fixing the oscillations?

It looks like a couple of pF and inductors are draining, a tune circuit I think, whats the cabling like to the gate. Have you got a circuit diagram. I tried making a marxs with a cable from the opposite direction to the switch connect to the inductors, made a wave form like that. If its warth anything.

Im using 0.5mm solid wire on my gdt which is twisted together and im working on mindchallenger schematic. The only thing substituded was the 39000 uf cap for a .22 nf 500v on my 15v regulator.
