Audio works well , But its very quite at low power , But clear at high powers , heating in secondary and plastic Fets is the limiting factor but it works well , I get 3" CW arcs from a 4" x 2" secondary
Scope image is the feedback from the CT going into the first Hex inverter , ( its got flat tops due to the Diodes that clip the sign wave ) . Blue signal is the out from the PLL chip to the gate driver section .
I will replace the gate drive IC with ones that have enable pins to turn the coil into a MIDI based coil ( only on when note is played ) , as cuurent gate drive ICs don't have enable pins .
