Just want to see what people think about this. Would you arrests one or two, and only one of them
1)A farmer that was driving a motorbike with there 2 year old child on board, and crash and killed there child
2)A farmer that was rounding up horses, one of the horse kicked and killed a 3 year old child.
Thoughts?

1: the motorbiker.
A horse kicking a child is not something the farmer could control and get punished for, horses tend to kick when you walk behind them.
