Terry Filter Calculations

 		I want to calculate the exact frequency my filter circuit is going to shunt to ground- I built it off of Terry Fritz' plans for NST protection. I was messing around with some equations out of a basic AC theory textbook but I don't think that I'm coming up with the correct values. Calculating the highest frequency an RC low-pass filter should pass should be simple, but I'm thinking the MOVs add another layer of theory that I need to consider :)
