I need high RMS current capacitors for my current project. I need about 20~30A RMS. I currently use WIMA MKP10 but they get hot fast. My frequency is around 50KHz. Will CDE 942 series work better?

depends on the values you need, RF ceramic caps take huge amount of powers, like russian K15U series. capacitances are only up to 10 nanofarads, voltages several kilovolts
They're rated at 8kV DC, 0.30uF, 20 Amp RMS and they are a dry type film/foil construction (IIRC). They are a bit expensive and very large/heavy, but they've proven tough so far.
Only problem is I cannot find the datasheet, even if my life depended on it! I've searched the NWL site, but cannot find anything that exactly matches these caps. Without the datasheet I can't really say how they'd fair at 50kHz.
Perhaps a cheaper option would be a couple of polypropylene snubbers in series/parallel? I believe the snubbers with flat ribbon terminals (designed to screw onto an IGBT brick) can handle a decent RMS current.

Well I'm one of at least three 4hv-ers who has bought some of those Eurofarad 3.75-uF units for induction heater tank circuits. They're rated at 580 volts RMS, 152 amps RMS, and as you pointed out: still for sale.
