Hello! I'm design a new driver for my DR. I wanna use LM311 as the phase lead comparator, I think that his delay will not give me problens if I use a good indutor. I plan to use a fixed inductor and to control de lead I will use a RC delayer.

I would not recommend the LM311 for this purpose, it will likely result in un-even switching times because the transition delay/slew rate is different for rising vs falling output on the LM311.
You are right that you can fix some delays, but you really need the delays to be matched on both transitions of the feedback signal.

I agree with Steve, I personally have not found a comparator that works better than the LM3116 in this application; it's a great balance between speed and price.
Also just a note from what I found when experimenting, The diode chopper at the input of the feedback section can be improved by using diodes with a lower V drop. This helps to make the first edge transition spike less pronounced. I subbed in some schottkys in place of the 1N4148s for this exact reason. The result is much better phase shifting on the first half cycle.
