No, each MOSFET actually sees 70V. You have two FETs in series across a 70V supply. The voltages across the two FETs must add up to 70V at all times. Normally one is on and the other is off, the "on" device has practically 0 volts across it, so you do the math. tongue

I got the X-Ray power supply from a friend.
You could get some microwave HV capacitors. They have nearly the same oil inside. So you could get a small amount of HV oil for cheap wink

Haha thats kinda true Steve xD
Did never think about that... Really strange. My mosfets are 50V rated and the do their job quite well ^^

Yes, i was wondering if they were too slow per chance...

well, 1/(Sum of Switching times) gives me about 1Mhz and /50 for hard switching losses i read somewhere?
so about 20Khz....
