Seems that the S3 and Note 2 also have this feature, so it is now possible to plot real time pressure changes for advance weather forecasting and mapping.

Interestingly, there may also be a better magnetic sensor with the possibility of measuring high currents flowing in wiring as well as solar activity.
The S and S2 sensors worked but were only just able to read compass heading on a good day.
