I was browsing for a 3 cell lipo battery, at around 10Ah and came across these - Link2

At $15.30 dollars a piece it seems questionable quality.. Shipping is expensive though, 23 dollars for the first battery, and an additional $5 for every additional battery.

They have a few different battery chemistries, ranging from 3Ah to 400Ah

its hard to say, prices from china are coming down fast with battery technology (after they pilfer other nations work), we in the RC / drone community are typically seeing 4S, 14.8V LiPo, 2200mah, 250 gram for 29-36 USD, which is bottom of the barrel -- questionable quality, may burn down your house, Chinese-child slave made battery.

or 3S, 11.1V LiPo, 2200mah, 180 gram for 21-26 USD, again may puff and blow you house down...like the wolf...

I hope that helps, this is as much as I can help, given what ive seen. (some cost is in the joining of cells to make a full battery, so remember that, your source seems to just supply cells, leaving you to do the assembly. that could be saving cost too, over the batteries I speak of which arrive ready for RC use.)

EDIT: they appear to be low C cells too (3-5C), so that reduces cost too, since mine are all 30-45C... I don't know, batteries seem to be made buy the cheapest source companies can find these days... at least for commercial purposes, and Boeing is seeing that first had with bad chargers...

Have you, or anybody else for that matter, bought any batteries from Hobby King? I have read a few reviews, their batteries seem to have decent reviews.

Hobbyking batterys, I got some, they seem good.
Keep in mind: you will need a charger (hobbyking got some, like Accucell 6)

If you plan to use them inside something, you better get a protection circuit module.

Could you possibly tell some about your application?

hobbyking and others of the super-cheap category all seem the same to me, id rather have cheap 9 or 10 month batteries for 25 US$ rather than long living ones at 80 US$ but that's because my multirotors are experimental, and harsh on batteries.

if I were goiong up with some 2000 $ DSLR camera on a multirotor, id use a better battery maker, and pay more per battery.
