you can kiln cast glass. glass casting capable kilns are actually pretty common since every art department has a kiln and there are quite a few glass artists out there. you can make a mold out of plaster. i would find some glass blowers or lamp workers. lamp workers commonly do borosilicate glass. then again locally made "glassware" is pretty popular in my area of the world where a certain thing was legalized
