Need help with some parts

I was trying to build something like this

, but the usual problem occurred, I wasn't able to obtain all the parts. They didn't have the UCC thingies in the local store. Also, when I asked them if they have any other mosfet drivers they said they have no idea what that is.

So, is there any more common replacement for these two mosfet drivers? Or could I use a regular OpAmp instead?

And about 74hc14, could I use HEF4049 instead?
