Huh?
Your brevity is admirable (I tend to be long winded), but not at the expense of clarity. What are you making? What input and output voltage, current, and frequency do you have in mind?
Have you lifted a finger to search 4hv or the internet? Google "sg3525" brings up datasheets and app notes, and if you click Images there are over 100 schematics.

hello again and thanks for your post yes, i have googled the sg3525 and for images too but nothing help me i know how to make 350,390v/ at 18 khz with sg 3525 but i don`t know how to stabilize it to 310v DC
the idea is simple: 1. i make from 12vDC, 310v DC stabilized with sg 3525 at 18 khz with transformer on ferrite (because of the minimal size)(i have tested and works fine at 18 Khz but is not stabilized) 2. i will transform the 310v DC/ 18 khz to 220v/ 50 hz with the irs 2153 driver from here:
