I have a TC that was made to be driven by a ZVS driver anyway, I'm not quite sure how to make the ZVS to get a frequency of 448Khz

I know the resonant cap in the ZVS driver must be 100nF and the primary turns must be 1+1, but I'm not sure about the gate resistors and other ZVS components, will 25n120 work at the frequency? or shall I buy MOSFET's. I have several 40n10, but this will only be able to cope with around 24vDC and I plan on running at 48vDC with separate gate drive power supply. My main concern is what components will I need to change, like resistors.

Nothing. Just tune the capacitor. and use the regular irfp250s. Also how did you calculate the capacitance you needed?

Running a ZVS at 450KHz is going to be hard, especially since the ZVS doesn't really provide good gate drive waveforms.
