Looking for Hocky puck Thyristors

Hey guys, im looking for some really
big and powerful hockypick thyristors
around 1200v minimum and the max
current should be as high as possible

I don't think that one would be much use as a thyristor, it's a data sheet for a diode!

Damn, didnt notice, got the wrong datasheet i guess, i got the id for it from ebay on a page saying thyristor... i need to read more carfully :L

I have what I think are ixys MCC-162 and MCC-19 series thyristors (namely 60 amps and 400 amps) but could be mistaken

I have to double check them and I'll get back here
