Just found these. Doing the math tells me that these tubes should be about £2.73 each. This isn't too bad, considering the IN-9 is about £2.50 from a UK seller.
Plans here include a monster bargraph, and also my idea of a POVGraph using two or more tubes with colour filters mounted on a cheap turntable.

Excellent idea on a bar graph display. I bought a fist full of IN-13's a decade ago when they were $1, and am finally doing something with them. Perhaps you can start an IN-13 thread in the projects area. I'd been following a thread on this forum regarding a stereo view meter using IN-13's. These can be a bit of a challenge when working with lots of them due to production variations. I quickly discovered they're much more predictable when powered using a half wave filtered DC for the anode supply.

Also worth noting, there is significant variation in quality. Of the five tubes I had, two had problems but this could be fixable with conditioning via 280V at 30-50mA for 12 hours with a ramp down every few seconds.
