Heya all.

I'm looking to buy a small CRT tube, color or B&W it doesn't matter. I'm sure someone has one lying around gathering dust!

I'm ALSO looking to buy a small NST transformer. No solid state ones, doesn't matter at all what the output voltage is, or the current capability.

I got an interesting project I plan on trying. :)

Thanks!

Are the boards from the B/W TV's complete, with LOPT and circuit intact? If so, I may be interested in them. The tubes themselves won't warrant the postal charges.

Don't bother re-testing, as long as they are complete. I'd be interested in the OBIT too, depending on postal charges. How heavy is it?

(Assuming Inducktion doesn't want it, as he was offered it first) smile

Lol, junk fight!
I can check, PM me your address.
Also have a 9V potted spark igniter and another broken burner assembly possibly containing an OBIT.

Somewhere I also have a box of discrete multipliers from old X-ray and TV sets.

Kind regards, -A

I found a small CRT from a camcorder, seems to run OK from 5V but the chip gets warm.
Draws about 80mA and the screen lights up when the brightness is adjusted, but no video.
It does flash when the 10K resistor is connected to Vcc, so it might be fine but have no video source other than my Pi to test it with.. which is currently elsewhere <facepalm>

Also have a few odd vacuum tubes here and some valve radio bits.

EDIT:-Sent!
