Can anyone help me how to add a dead time(off time) control on this DRSSTC audio interrupter? thank you very much!

You can use a "phase detector" (XOR gate) to generate a small pulse at the 555 inputs, so it can turn off.

I've researched about the "phase detector" but i'm kinda lost here and i don't know how to integrate it on a 555 trigger pin input. Can you elaborate more the concept please? thanks.
