I would like to buy ND:YAG or ND:YLF laser ( Cavity + arc-lamp + rod ) also could be diode pumped
Something like this:

I can pay or trade to IGBT modules (like SKM200GB125D), X ray tubes, HV doorknob capacitors , high power 500V mosfet's, etc )

The pic you have there is of a lamp pumped cavity.

I do have a bunch of Yag rods if you are interested, they are doped for CW usage, about 3mm dia and 75mm long. You could side pump them with some bar diodes.
