 Should I buy a giant klystron?

So I found a comparatively inexpensive klystron tube, something like this: 
8.3kV, 1A beam current. Maximum C-Band RF power is 3,000W.
Should I buy it? If so, then what should I use it for?

I'd buy it if it weren't expensive because it looks awesome and wouldn't want to turn it on for fear of cooking myself with leaked radiation (shorter wavelength and higher power than a microwave and stuff).
Like most of the threads like this that ask if one should buy something, it's up to you since it's your money so how highly do you value it?
