 TL494 flyback driver low output

I built the flyback driver according to this schematic:
It was working great until I was running it really hard and I forgot to turn on the fan I was using for cooling. Anyway a few of the mosfets failed spectacularly and I replaced them. I fired it up again and the output was barely what you would get from a 2n3055 driver, not the fat white arcs I was getting before. I hooked it up to the scope and I noticed that the waveform didn't have the initial oscillation at every peak like it used to they, were looking really square. I replaced the tl494 and the tc4429 and still get the same results. Do I need to change all the mosfets at once? What else might be wrong with this thing? I'd appreciate any help!

Can you post a picture of the waveforms at the 4429 output?
