I drew this draft to try make some igbt driver with dessaturation detector, I forgot the delayer at the output of the dessaturaion comparator, but for me it appears that will work, I still don't knowing if I will use a opto or a small transformer to give the control signal to the driver. Can you help me improve that?

This is my new schematic for now:
The first two mosfet are the totem pole that control the IGBT gate. The N mosfet at bottom is active when the dessaturation detector trips discharging the gate slowly to soft turn off the IGBT. The flip flop will wait to the next signal rise edge to turn the IGBT on again.
One opto is for the control signal of the igbt and the other is for tell the main driver that one of the IGBT driver got into dessaturation, turning off the others IGBTs, and then, waits a new interrupter cycle, like the OCD.
I still don't knowing what opto I will use, some sugesion? Maybe I use fiber. For the totem pole I was thinking to use a IRF540 and IRF9540, do you know some better P and N mosfet pair? thanks! ]sheet2.pdf[/file]
