A tiny 2 gram cesium-thorium RTG powered plamsa rocket inside each ball. With a micro IMU/Kalman system would make all this trivial. Your huevos might be irradiated so stand back...

give me 2.46 billion US$, and a PhD staff of 800, and in 4 years ill have it solved.
