 		Hi everyone

I'm looking into some experimentation with boost and buck/boost converters and am in requirement for some switching devices and diodes. I'm looking for all those igbt's you might have found unsuitable for drsstc's, such as igbt+diode modules and so on. I'm looking for modules of current ratings between 75 and 200A and voltages 1200V or more. 1700V device + diode would be excellent. No extreme speed is required, as switching will only happen at some 10kHz at most.


UPDATE: Already got one suitable 1200V module. Thought for future experimentation, I'm still interested into some 1600 or 1700V devices. So 1600-1700V, up to 200A only!
