Probably your (undescribed) driving circuit is operating at audible frequencies in this range.

I'm operating at 25khz, but with a different transformer I can get to 14KV with no noise.

Make sure you are operating the transformer for the frequency it was designed for. ALL of mine will make noise at certain frequencies, I have about a dozen different flybacks and once you hit the sweet spot they dont make any noise at all.

Find out where on the transformer the noise is coming from. I suspect
your primary is vibrating.

Are you sure it is not core saturation effect?

thank you for your advise guy , I willl look for all that, but can you tell me how would you doit? what methos you would use to find out the freq, where the noise is comming from while is running at 10kv, how to find out if is saturarting,

The sound from the coil can be probed in two ways. A flexible plastic tube can be terminated
in a tiny condenser mike (from an old cassette recorder) Then you can view the sound signal on
your scope. This way you don't get hands near coil.

The other way is to use an 'ultrasonic sniffer'. This is simple gadget made from a piezo
transducer in a hetrodyne circuit that will convert ultrasonic noise to audible signals,
to listen to on a loudspeaker. In addition
you can view the raw ultrasonic signal, pre-division, on your scope.

Various ultrasonic vibrational modes in mechanisms can combine to produce audible
noise

In either case long plastic sonotubes , (medical tubing) will keep the intense electric
or magnetic fields out of your scope input.

Andre:
Try to reduce the leakage inductance of the primary, in order to obtain higher voltage output.
Replace the 20 turns primary with two 10 turns coils, and locate these coils closer to the secondary coil.
The two coils to be symectrically assembled to the secondary. Note that the coils are to be connected in series and proper phased./
