Hmm, I see an opportunity to try this procedure using a modified Lightscribe drive or laser etcher. If anything it makes sense for graphite to do this, physicists have theorised that carbon fullerenes could superconduct (C17?) at quite high temperatures due to a slightly different mechanism than Type 1 or 2.
Comments/ideas please?
