Steve Conner equation is close enough V=4*f*N*B*Ae V=4*60*174*1.81*0.001420m² V=

1:400 transformer
400*174=69600 Number of turns in secondary
400*110 = 44000V on secondary pick I will think it average at 35Kv

Sorry, I got the equation wrong: I forgot the core area.
It is just a relation between parameters. The trick is to get to the point where you know all but one. RG Keen wrote this good article on designing audio output transformers, but much of it applies to all transformers.

Almost fine !
V= 4*f*N*Bmax* a is a formula for simetrical square wave source where V is the peak voltage.
If the primary is to be connectcted in your house domestic supply sine wave voltage, use this formula: V= 4.44*f*N*Bmax*Ae where V the rms magnitud voltage. (ie 120, 115 volts) Please recalculate the number of primary turns again. As Steve has advised, 4.44 is for sine wave voltage.
