Recently went on a college trip to Missouri University of Science and Technology. Went on a tour of the Physics department and they had this wonder - a 75kV proton beam generator, designed to accelerate protons into helium atoms to study atomic collisions and such.
Definitely looking at going to college here.

see a little video of where I work --yes myself and others put this together It is capable of swinging most elements around on to target with a collection of gas, sputter and oven ion sources
