Has there been any reported death or health complication in people with pacemakers or other electronic health aids, caused by a Tesla coil? I know there are exhibits with large SGTCs in museums, are there any warnings for people with electronic health aids, or can a TC be considered safe even for such people?

Could be an issue, some use an induction based controller so random noise in the 100K band could mess them up. Usually the controller has multiple failsafes so it shouldn't be possible to reprogram them . Also RF pickup via the leads is possible, and could cause failure to pace etc.
