Work in progress. Feel free to comment or copy.
My ideal is to have interupt signal from fiber optic receiver feed into a pic chip.
Then out to interupt pin of gate drivers.
on STARTUP if the signal goes high for two seconds the pic chip sends high signal to
igbt or scr circuit to bypass tank cap circuit making the coil a sstc.
If sig. stays low for the first 2-3 seconds at STARTUP the scr/igbt stays off and the
tank cap is left in circuit "DRSSTC mode"
After STARTUP output pin of pic follows input. Pic just passes signals in and out.
If no signal in for say 10 seconds, the pic returns to watching STARTUP signal.
