 		Hi all.
managed to determine that the cartridges on these are electrically identical but something inside the e2prom stops it working on the 1700.

Any ideas which pins are the e2prom?
I am loathe to spend £22+ on a new cartridge.
thanks!
(also attempting to print from a bare cartridge)
