Hello, There's a problem with my UD2. I cant get any useable oscillations at feedback section when i'am using LR phase lead. Only when i remove phase selection jumper (which opens LR), feedback starts working, but there's too much ringing at bridge output so i need to adjust the phase..
i've tried to adjust variable inductor between 0-48uH with no result

the driver i am using is UD2.1
fullbridge cm150DY-12H
gate resistors 5ohm
70kHz secondary

That result looks familiar.
If you fabricated a board using the 2.1 rev B eagle file, the feedback circuit has a connection problem.
The board does not match the schematic below.

1b Fb

The non-inverting input (pin2) is disconnected from the feedback circuit.
Follow the modification in the image below, making the board match the schematic.
There is one cut marked with a red line, and one jumper marked with black pen.

Ud Board Fix

Hope this helps. It tripped me up for a couple of hours.

Hi, i've saw there's something wrong with that part, but i fixed it before i made a PCB. so the error must be somewhere else.

but thanks for reply ;)

Great find nixie! I had same problems with boards made from steves files :)

I managed to solve the problem with conventional troubleshooting (=poking around with multimeter and scope..)

Im in process of going through UD2.1 schematic and parts list and making better component placement drawing. Putting mine together with eagle file and schematic was pain in the ass tongue
