IIRC Platinum was, ZVS flybacks aren't deadly. Possibly under ideal conditions they are. I have a microwave inverter transformer, THAT is deadly with ZVS, a few hundred mA at a couple of kV

Electrocuted implies that you did not survive having current pass through you.
Electric shock is the one you are looking for, which means you lived to tell the tale.
I think a regular LOPT driven with a royer "ZVS" driver can certainly kill if the current travels in the right places. If you were using a homemade secondary which usually only puts out a few kV and a much higher current then the risk of electrocution if you touched it would probably be higher.

I guess it depends massively on all kinds of factors, skin moisture content, input voltage, flyback model, amount of electrocution time etc . . . I've been shocked once by accidently touching the HT output with a screwdriver, it must have broken down the insulation on the handle. Gave me a bit of a jolt but licking a fresh 9V battery is worse.
I don't think skin moisture makes much difference when you get into the kv range but I think it definitely could have an effect when getting a shock from mains or similar voltages and speaking of getting shocks from barrerys I learnt the hard way that its not a good idea to remove the insulation from wires with your teeth if the other end is attached to a 12v battery OUCH!
