I had a very similar idea of clashing the old with the new about a year ago, but I have yet to get a pair of output transformers so it has not really progressed I was hoping to get it going during the summer, but I have been working (not that that is a bad thing, today we powered up $5k worth of DFB laser diodes with a harness I made-good thing it worked on the first try) and haven't been able to get much of anything done. Maybe when school starts...

Wee! I love tube amps! And made out of red acrylic too What is that little digital looking box to the left, is it some kind of mp3 or network audio player? *edit I googled and found out it's a satellite radio*
