You should check continuity between the central prong of the outlet, and a water tap, central heating radiator or the like.
If using the mains ground as RF ground, I also recommend using an EMI filter to distribute the RF evenly between the live, neutral and ground conductors.
Electrical systems vary widely between countries, so advice from (say) an American may not apply to an Italian system. But as far as I know all countries require the electrical ground to be bonded to the water pipes. Except Bolivia where it is OK to have electric showers with exposed live terminals

In fact I didn't solve it yet, I just didn't need a real RF ground so far. My small VTTC works fine on mains ground, same goes for the DRSSTC I'm gonna build soon In case I would really need a proper RF ground, I would use a 1 square meter copper sheet put on the floor, the coil being on a table 1m above, that should be fine.

If your mains breaker has a 30mA differential breaker, try to connect a light bulb (filament type) between one phase and mains ground. If nothing happens your mains ground is not connected. If breaker disengages, there are chances your mains ground has a decent connection to earth.
