How do you print a PCB layout from Eagle? I use a UV exposure setup, so I need to select a layer and have it printed on a sheet, with guide holes for drilling. The print dialog in Eagle only prints what's on the screen in color, whereas I need a black and white mask - WITH holes. There are probably several solutions to this, but I can't seem to find one.

File->Export->Image, select "Black and White", 600DPI, and then invert the image colors afterwards in your favorite image editor.
You'll want to turn off all layers except Bottom (or Top), Pads, and Vias.

You can tick "Black" and "Solid" in the print dialog to get black and white output. The copper areas will come out black, which is the right way for the usual UV exposure process. To get the holes, include the Pads and Vias layers.

If you select a scale factor of 1.0, the print should come out actual size, but it's probably not a bad idea to check the accuracy of your printer before your first PCB job.

The CAM processor will also output Postscript, which can be printed with Ghostscript.

You probably already know this, but to get optimum results with the finer traces, the "ink side" of the transparency should be facing the photosensitive board. There's a mirror button right along the black and solid ones to accomplish this.
