gate drive question (class-e)

hello coilers,
I have a question about gate driving an ixfn55n50f

Qg=240nC (total)
Ig=Qg/T_on (transistion)
@ 4 Mhz and a turn on at 24mS (fastest time on for my mosfets) this means a current of 14.16 amps

340nS/24nS=14.16 amps

so I think i take the ixd_630 for driving, but is this also true for class-e ?
