Hello,
I have a multi-kilowatt ZVS Driver fed using a 50 volt supply. Is it preferred to power the gates using a lower voltage supply? If so, what would happen if the Power Supply was unfiltered and the gates were. Would this lead to improper switching? If so, is it needed to supply filtered DC to the driver?

Hypothetical situation- What if there were 2 different transformers with 2 different bridge rectifiers. Would the resulting current look any different other than in scale?

Powering the gates separately will reduce wastage of power in the gate pull-up resistors. That's the only benefit. You may feel that two bigass resistors is an acceptable trade-off against the extra hassle of an auxiliary power supply.
What MOSFET did you use? I reliaze that IRFP260 may be not the best MOS for ZVS I did several experiments about zvs Under 12 volts,IRF3205 is a good choice, for 200W output IRFP3206 is another awesome MOSFET,it can output about 400W(a challenge for zvs working under 12V power supply)
