Buying IGBT power module

 		Hi. I'd be interested in buying a used IGBT power module for use in a coilgun switching system. It should be able to stand over 400A continuously, and withstand a collector-emitter voltage of 300V. If you have one, and would like to sell it, please send me a PM.
