Seems to be Maplin stock but still worth noting, doubt we will be seeing any of this niche market stuff in stores any time soon though.

I did wonder if there would be a market for fixed price "goodie bags" containing parts used in recent issues of electronics magazines and other overruns/promotionals/etc hobbyists might find useful.
Sort of like they used to include PCBs in ETI magazine..

Also this would be an excellent way to advertise, people buy the goodie bag and it contains a pamphlet with components in the bag along with "List of Sponsors".

I've bought quite a few 'goodie bags' from Maplins recently (Most of the stuff on the Tesco's site seems to be from Maplins).

I think I paid 6 quid for 5 mosfets a couple of weeks ago (from Maplins) which look suitable for the Mazilli ZVS circuit, but which I'm planning to use to drive GDT's for an IGBT H-bridge.

I doubt I'll be using the Tesco site, as it's mail order only, and I regularly go into Bristol, where there are three Maplins stores.

I tend to use RS for mail order stuff that I can't get from Maplins or hamfests/Ebay/etc. (I'm not waiting three weeks for stuff to arrive from China)
