I was lucky to find a vintage tube transformer on ebay rated 12V for my 12V filament. Otherwise I would have just removed the secondary out of a MOT, and wind my own until it readed 20V during load...

I don't get your question ... afaik Half/Full Bridges refer to SSTC's, sorry I'm still new to all this stuff, what are you thinking to exactly ?
The one I'm planning to build is a base fed HFVTTC with a classic plasma speaker circuit powered with a full wave rectified MOT, something like RateReducer's Coil
