If you look at the datasheet, you will find the switching times in nS.
Td(on), Tr, Td(off), Tf.
When you add all the maximum values of these four you have the maximum theoretical switching time.

1 second / (1500 nS ^10-9) = 666 kHz, half this figure for a safety margin. Then we end up with 333kHz.

Personally I would run them around a maximum 200 kHz. But using these size bricks the coil would properly be under 100 kHz anyway.

The usual "first guess" is to add all the switching times together and multiply by 10, so the transistors spend aroud 10% of the cycle switching, and this comes to ~100 kHz for your transistors.
