Check out what I found stashed away at work today. This probably won't be all that exciting to most people but I'm actually interested in antique electrical engineering books and collect them. 95% of these books are electrical engineering, and dated between 1900-1920
I went a bit nuts and brought them all upstairs. Got a few odd looks! Probably a few of these were even read by Tesla himself
The ones which interested me the most are 6 books by Charles Proteus Steinmetz, in very good condition:
Lots of dust/sand included with them...never got so filthy handling books!

Are you a quick reader?
I think that he easiest way to store them is on display as a feature, behind glass locked doors, the key to which is somewhere... ... 'borrowble' stuff on the open shelves :)
P.S. just looked at the 'photo again....that's a lot of books! how to know if one is/will be valuable (enjoyment/history/cash) ?

Humbug! Get out the Tesla coil and disinfect them with ozone, the original authors would approve.
haha, my work colleagues already think I'm completely crazy, that wouldn't make it any better
I'm going to slowly catalogue them over lunchtimes, so I'll see if there are any by that author. Not sure if work want to keep them or not, I originally got them out to try and find some more detailed info on magnetic amplifier configurations, but all the books turned out to be a lot older than we thought they were.
As for them being worth a lot, I did wonder so checked a few on abe/amazon, but they don't seem to be worth much unless you have the first edition.
