I never drew up a schematic for it. Its just a 555 driving a single mosfet with a 5.1 ohm gate resistor. If you want schematic I could draw one up and post it. The 555 single mosfet drivers are all over the internet. I had to add the gate resistor or the MOSFET would run to hot. Now it runs nice and cool I have run it for a couple of hours and the heat sink is luke warm but not hot.
Most of the schematics that are posted show no gate resistor however using the IRFP260 I would recommend one if you want to keep it running cool. I used the IRFP260 Fets because I had a bunch of them. Originally I was going to use two fets and a GDT to get more power but then I decided this single fet one works good enough.
