It seems that the LTC6909  and 6902 would let you generate a mulitphase clock signal (with spread spectrum modulation, so definitely aimed at SMPS applications) so you could make a multi-phase pwm setup with any controller that accepts an external clock as long as you can make their feedbacks play nice together.
for an example circuit of the 6902 in use with the LT3600 to make a 2 phase, and 4 phase buck converters.
