Hi all.
Apparently the S and S2 have video out capability through the external charge socket and also the headphone port but it isn't enabled by default and when it does turn on the OLED stays on as well.
Has anyone had any success enabling it?
I had an idea for connecting one of my spare TFT panels with a touchscreen and LiPo battery and making a docking station to turn that phone into a touchscreen tablet while conserving the life of the OLED screen.

The problem is that touch screens are quite hard to find in non standard sizes.
Ideas please?
