Or simply copy the generic warning from another device. I would think they have several others that were reversed enginnered.

I know that many people in here in Taiwan just use Google translate to translate Chinese to English and didn't check what they get before using it.

Many of my classmates think that English is something very difficult to learn and understand.

Interestingly, I've seen this on cheap power supplies.
A lot of destruction (instruction) manuals for stuff on ebay have Engrish manuals where no attempt has been made to fix spelling mistakes and grammatical errors.
